Yemeni Forces Target Saudi Military Installations in Retaliatory Attacks
Alwaght-Yemeni military backed by popular committees have successfully targeted and destroyed a Saudi army watch tower in a retaliatory attack on the kingdom’s southwest.
According to a report by Yemeni  al-Masirah TV Channel, Yemeni forces destroyed the Saudi army installation in the Jizan region.
The Yemeni forces also hit al-Moazab military base with 10 missiles and al-Khoube military base with 6 missiles on Friday. Yemeni Army Spokesman Brigadier General Sharaf Luqman said in a statement that the missiles hit and destroyed the target in precision attacks.
Yemeni troops carry out such attacks in retaliation for Riyadh’s relentless onslaught on the impoverished Arab nation.
Earlier on Sunday, over 30 civilians lost their lives and many more were injured after Saudi warplanes conducted multiple raids on the northwestern Sa’ada province and the western Ibb province.
According to reports, most of the victims of the heinous attack were women and children.
Two civilians were also killed as Saudi forces commenced shelling on the city of Haradh in the northwestern Hajjah province.
Yemeni sources say more than 4,850 people have been killed since March 26 when the Saudi regime started its deadly airstrikes against it impoverished neighbor. Most of the victims of the Saudi war on Yemen are civilians including children, women and the elderly.
The brutal Saudi attacks, which continued throughout the Holy Month of Ramadhan and during Eid ul Fitr holidays, have also not spared civilian infrastructure including hospitals, schools, mosques, bridges, food factories and aid convoys.
