Alwaght- French First Lady Brigitte Macron said her American counterpart Melania Trump is so constrained that she cannot even open a window at the White House.
Speaking to Le Monde at the end of the French presidential couple’s three-day state visit to Washington, Brigitte said the 48-year-old former model from Slovenia was “Much more constrained than me. Melania can’t do anything."
“The security is terrible. She can’t even open a window at the White House because immediately the security services call and say ‘close it’,” She said.
The former French drama teacher, at 65, said Ms Trump perhaps is just more glum in public because for the media and American public “everything is interpreted, over-interpreted. She’s someone who has a strong personality, but works hard to hide it. She laughs very easily, at everything, but shows it less than I do".
