Alwaght- Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi has praised the faith and zeal of the youth of the Islamic Ummah in repelling various seditions, including that of the ISIS.
The enhancement of Iran-Pakistan relations is not pleasing to the domineering powers, so they are after creating a rift between the two Muslim countries, Raisi said in a phone call with his Pakistani counterpart Asif Ali Zardari late on Thursday.
The bilateral relations are deep, historical and based on many unbreakable commonalities in the fields of religion, faith, culture and neighborhood, he added.
He also expressed hope for enhancing relations in line with securing the interests of the two nations.
Iran and Pakistan enjoy very good capacities for expanding cooperation in cultural, and commercial and energy fields, he said adding that the Islamic Republic of Iran hopes that practical steps will be taken in line with materializing these capacities.
Raisi described continuation of the Zionists' crimes and genocide in Gaza as a great tragedy for the Islamic countries and all the freedom-seekers of the world.
He urged freedom-seeker and independent countries to exert effective pressure to stop the crimes of this child-killing regime.
Meanwhile, Zardari condemned the Zionist regime's terrorist attack on the Iranian consulate in Damascus.
The broad cultural and civilizational similarities between the two countries pave the ground for the expansion of cultural, commercial, economic relations and the exchange capacities between the two sides, he added.
He stressed strengthening cooperation to fight terrorism.
He also underlined Muslim and independent countries' efforts to put pressure on the Zionist regime to stop its crimes against the oppressed people of Gaza.
