ISIS Terrorists Attacked Real Madrid Fan Club in Iraq, Killed 22

Alwaght- ISIS terrorists killed 16 and injured 22 civilians in a local Real Madrid football fan club in Samarra, 125 kilometers north of Baghdad on Saturday.

Three ISIS terrorists burst into the café where Real Madrid fans often gathered there, and opened fire on 50 civilian that were present that time. The group’s Facebook page said that 16 people were killed by the gunfire and 28 more were seriously injured. Police also confirmed the incident, but announce casualties differently: at least 13 killed and 22 injured.

"A group of ISIS terrorists entered the headquarters brandishing several assault rifles AK-47 and fired randomly all who were there," Ziad Subhan, the president of the fan club, told the Spanish Website AS.

The motive for the attack, he suggested, could be that "they do not like football, they consider it something anti-Islam. In the end they commit atrocities like this. We are totally devastated by what has happened," he added.

Real Madrid announced that they "deeply regret the terrible attack" and "show their total sadness and offer their affection and condolences to the families and friends of the victims".

The team will wear black armbands in their game against Deportivo as a symbol of mourning and respect.
