The Syrian Arab Army managed to liberate several parts of the northern city of Aleppo

Alwaght- The Syrian Arab Army managed to liberate several parts of the northern city of Aleppo.

The army supported by the Palestinian Liwaa al-Quds paramilitary, started a powerful offensive against the terrorist and militant groups located in the northeastern sector of the city.

The attack targeted some extremist groups controlling the strategic Jandoul roundabout.

The offensive was led by the 102nd Brigade of the Republican Guard that managed to capture several factories that are located to the south of the Jandoul Roundabout, killing several terrorists in the process of this advance today.

As a result of this advance, the Syrian Armed Forces have now imposed fire-control over Baden Square, leaving the Fatah Halab terrorists under a tight siege as their positions are now susceptible to Syrian Army ATGMs (anti-tank guided missile) and mortar shells.

Aleppo has been divided between government and militant control for years but the army has mounted an offensive recently to drive out terrorists.
