Bagheri met with the Qatari Foreign Minister

ALWAGHT- The Acting Iranian Foreign Minister, who landed in Doha a few hours earlier, met with the Qatari Foreign Minister for discussions.

Ali Bagheri, the Acting Foreign Minister of the Islamic Republic of Iran, traveled to Doha and met with Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani, the Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of Qatar.

The Iranian Foreign Ministry announced Bagheri's brief visit to Doha on Wednesday afternoon.

At the forefront of Bagheri's agenda during his visit were consultations and discussions with Qatari officials on mobilizing the capacities of the Islamic world to end the crimes and genocide of the Zionist regime in Gaza, and to provide swift aid to Gaza's residents.
