Since Dawn, Israeli Attacks Have Killed 13 Palestinians in Gaza

ALWAGHT- Hospitals in Gaza report that 13 Palestinians have been killed since dawn Sunday, including eight in the bombing of Al-Farabi School and two children in an attack on a displaced persons’ tent, as airstrikes and shelling continue across the Strip.

Since early Sunday, Israeli attacks on Gaza have killed 13 Palestinians, including eight in the bombing of al-Farabi School and two children in a strike on a displaced persons’ tent. Additional assaults involved drones, artillery, and booby-trapped devices targeting various areas, including Sheikh Radwan and al-Shujaiya neighborhoods.

The violence follows a deadly escalation on Saturday, when at least 62 Palestinians were killed in Israeli strikes across Gaza, including residential areas in Gaza City, Sheikh Radwan, Zaytoun, and Khan Younis. The Civil Defense warned that the targeting of residential towers and critical infrastructure is worsening the displacement crisis and threatening essential services.

Gaza’s Ministry of Health reports the total death toll since October 7, 2023, has surpassed 64,000, with over 162,000 injured. Thousands have died seeking aid, and hundreds have succumbed to starvation and malnutrition. Save the Children highlighted that over 20,000 children have been killed during nearly two years of conflict, marking one of the most severe humanitarian crises in modern history.
