Alwaght- Yemen’s Ansarullah revolutionary movement has denied reports on advanced agreement between Yemeni National delegation and Saudi-backed delegation at peace talks in Kuwaiti capital.
"Reports on advanced agreement that any solution plan could be based upon are baseless," Ansarullah spokesman, Mohammad Abdul Salam, said on his Twitter account.
Earlier, UN’s Yemen envoy, Ismail Ould Cheikh Ahmed tweeted: "there is a wide common ground that can be built upon."
The Yemen peace talks in Kuwait began on April 21 but have suffered several setbacks to intransigence by the Saudi-backed delegation and continued ceasefire violations by the brutal Saudi-led military aggressors.
Yemen has been since March 26, 2015 under brutal aggression by Saudi-led coalition.
Nearly 9,900 Yemeni have been killed during the illegal aggression, with the vast majority of them being innocent civilians including women and children.
Riyadh launched the attack on Yemen in a bid to restore power to fugitive president Abd Rabbu Mansour Hadi who is a close ally to the Saudi regime.
The strikes have also taken a heavy toll on the country’s facilities and infrastructure, destroying many hospitals, markets, schools, factories and mosques.
