Alwaght- Iran’s election commission announced it extended the voting process two hours to 10:00 PM local time (6:30 UTC) as more people are coming to the polling stations to vote.
The commission at 7:00 PM local time had announced that it extended the voting process to 8:00 PM (4:30 UTC).
The extension comes as long lines began to form outside the polling stations.
Another extension announcement is expected at 10:00 PM as the final wave of voters will begin to form in an hour.
