Alwaght-The United Arab Emirates (UAE) has granted permission to the Israeli regime to open a diplomatic mission in Abu Dhabi.
The Israeli regime which continues to commit crimes and atrocities against Palestinians on an hourly basis will open an office in Abu Dhabi, the Emirati capital which will operated under the cover of ‘accreditation ‘to the International Renewable Energy Agency.
Dore Gold, director-general of Israel’s foreign ministry and a former senior adviser to Benjamin Netanyahu, the prime minister, returned to the occupied territories on Thursday evening after several days in the UAE.
The UAE has already on several occasions hosted Israeli regime delegations to international conferences held in the Persian Gulf state.
Officials of the current hawkish Israeli regime led by Benjamin Netanyahu, have spoken of the growing interests the usurper regime shares with Persian Gulf states.
The Israeli regime already has formal diplomatic ties with two Arab states neighboring occupied Palestine namely Jordan and Egypt.
This is also not the first time the Israeli regime has established diplomatic ties with Persian Gulf states. In 1996, Israel opened a trade office in Doha, the Qatari capital.
The Israeli regime also has informal ties with the ruling monarchy in Saudi Arabia. A report in June this year revealed that representatives from the Israeli regime and Saudi Arabia secretly met five times since the beginning of last year to discuss their positions against Iran.
The five bilateral meetings were held over the last 17 months in India, Italy, and the Czech Republic, Bloomberg reported on Thursday.
Reactionary Arab states are warming up to the Israeli regime which is committing unprecedented war crimes, genocide and other atrocities against Palestinians. The Israeli regime is Judizing the city of Qud (Jerusalem) with the ultimate objective of destroying the third holiest site in Islam in the city, Al Aqsa Mosque. Arab states have ignored calls by Palestinians for support in the struggle against Israeli occupation.
