Alwaght- Israeli airstrikes have killed on Tuesday two more Palestinians in Gaza bringing death toll from regime's raids on the besieged strip into six.
According to local media an Israeli airstrike killed two Palestinians riding a motorcycle in the Umm al-Nasr village in the Beit Lahiya district of northern Gaza.
Sources from the Islamic Jihad movement identified the two as Hussein Ghazi Hussein Nasrallah and Mustafa al-Sultan, members of the engineering unit of the al-Quds Brigades, the military wing of the movement, Ma'an News reported.
An Israeli army spokesperson confirmed to the Palestinian news agency that "an operation" had been carried out in the northern Gaza Strip.
Nasrallah and al-Sultan were the sixth Palestinians to have been killed by Israeli regime forces in Gaza over the past week.
On Saturday, two members of Hamas’ military wing had been killed in an airstrike, while two Palestinian civilians had been killed by Israeli forces on Friday during clashes along the border.
Since US President Donald Trump’s provocative decision to recognize on Wednesday al-Quds as the capital of Israeli regime, tensions have risen across the occupied West Bank, East al-Quds, and Gaza, with clashes, injuries, and arrests every single day.
