ALWAGHT- Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, Leader of the Islamic Revolution, stated that the Zionist regime is the region's sole proxy force, acting on behalf of global colonial powers, and 'must be eliminated.'
Ayatollah Khamenei, speaking at the Grand Mosalla Mosque of Tehran after leading Eid al-Fitr prayers, condemned Israel as the only true proxy force in the region, acting on behalf of colonial powers. He accused the Israeli regime of committing genocide and warned that it would continue to invade other countries if left unchecked. The Leader asserted that Israel must be "uprooted" from Palestine, calling on everyone to work toward eliminating it from the region.
He lamented the suffering caused by Israeli attacks in Gaza, Lebanon, and Palestine during Ramadan, highlighting the regime’s routine assassinations and mass killings, all while being backed by the US and Western powers. He criticized the West for turning a blind eye to these crimes, despite clear evidence of genocide and brutality. Ayatollah Khamenei emphasized that resisting Israel is not only a political stance but also a religious, moral, and humanitarian duty.
Addressing US threats against Iran, Ayatollah Khamenei warned that any hostile action would be met with a "crushing and decisive blow." He condemned Western support for Israeli assassinations of resistance figures and Iraqi scientists, stating that the world passively watches these crimes. He also noted growing global protests, particularly in Europe and the US, against Israeli and American actions, suggesting that more people would rise against them if they fully understood the extent of their crimes.
