Alwaght- An American intelligence official claimed that some ISIS members have covert activities in the United Kingdom, Germany and Italy to endorse Obama’s speech that he asked Europe to contribute more to the fight against ISIS.
James Clapper on Monday at a reporters' breakfast held by the Christian Science Monitor newspaper to a question if ISIS had British, German and Italian underground cells said, "Yes they do."
"We continue to see evidence of plotting on the part of ISIL (ISIS) in the UK, Germany and Italy," Clapper added.
Proposing the existence of ISIS clandestine cell in Europe, Clapper’s claims seems more propagandizing to call European countries to follow America’s policies in Syria and Iraq rather than sympathizing with those country.
Prior to these speeches, Barak Obama in Hanover, said, "These terrorists are doing everything in their power to strike our cities and kill our citizens, so we need to do everything in our power to stop them."
Obama underscored the need to share intelligence among allies, saying "If we truly value our liberty, then we have to take the steps that are necessary to share information and intelligence within Europe, as well as between the United States and Europe, to stop terrorists from traveling and crossing borders and killing innocent people."
Showing to concern about innocent people and fighting against terrorism, the US-led air campaign by many Mideast experts is believed from the very beginning that has not been directed against ISIS.
The air raids are intended to destroy the economic infrastructure of Iraq and Syria, some believe.
The ISIS is not only protected by the US and its allies, it is trained and financed by US-NATO, with the support of Israel and Washington’s Persian Gulf allies.
News articles by prominent British and American news outlets like the Daily Beast’s “America’s Allies Are Funding ISIS,” the London Telegraph’s “How ISIS funded, trained and operating in Iraq and Syria,” and the Daily Mail’s “Cameron tells European leaders to ‘be good to their word’ and stop funding ISIS with ransom payments,” give explanations ranging from outright admissions that Saudi, Qatar, Jordan, and Turkey are directly arming, funding, aiding and abetting ISIS, to descriptions that read like an immense money laundering operation, to ridiculous claims including “ransom payments” and “robbed banks” have been behind ISIS’ regional rise to menace.
