Acting Defense Minister: Iran Will Never Surrender to Pressure

ALWAGHT- Iran’s acting defense minister said the country secured a strategic defeat for the United States and the Zionist regime through its reliance on indigenous capabilities, stressing that Iran will never yield to foreign pressure.

Iran’s acting Defense Minister Brigadier General Seyyed Majid Ibn Reza said the country’s defense industry has strengthened national power and deterrence despite decades of sanctions and foreign pressure. He made the remarks during a meeting with foreign military attachés in Tehran on National Defense Industry Day.

Ibn Reza thanked countries that condemned recent US and Israeli attacks on Iran, saying the nation’s defense capabilities were built through self-reliance and domestic expertise. He described the defense industry as a key pillar of national independence, stability, and deterrence.

He also said Iran’s Defense Ministry has kept military equipment and weapons production lines operational despite wartime conditions and sanctions. According to Ibn Reza, the ministry has continued developing and introducing new offensive and defensive systems to support the armed forces.
