During a meeting on wartime crisis management in Tehran, President Pezeshkian and Mayor Zakani reviewed the municipality’s efforts following recent US-Israeli attacks, focusing on urban services, reconstruction of damaged areas, and housing for affected families. After receiving a detailed report on passive defense, neighborhood-based crisis management, infrastructure rebuilding, and residential retrofitting, they agreed to accelerate reconstruction, improve services, and enhance inter-agency coordination, while emphasizing the use of local and public resources to boost the capital’s resilience.
