Araghchi Indicated That Iran Will Respond in Kind If European Nations Impose Diplomatic Restrictions

ALWAGHT- Araghchi criticizes Europe's double standards; Iran will respond to diplomatic bans.

In a statement on Tuesday, Iran's top diplomat criticized Europe for its lack of action against Israel regarding the alleged genocide in Gaza, resulting in over 70,000 Palestinian deaths.

He was particularly critical of the continued access of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to European airspace despite an International Criminal Court (ICC) warrant, while Iranian diplomats were barred following recent riots inside Iran.

Araghchi stressed that Iran does not seek enmity with the EU but will reciprocate any restrictions imposed.
