ALWAGHT- Chief of Staff of the Iranian Armed Forces, Major General Mohammad Hossein Bagheri, warned that even the smallest infringement on Iran’s borders or interests will provoke a harsh response that will make the aggressors deeply regret their actions.
Major General Mohammad Hossein Bagheri stated that Iran has developed detailed military plans to swiftly unleash its full capabilities in response to any threats, emphasizing that such a response would be immediate and overwhelming upon the orders of Iran’s Supreme Leader. He warned that any violation of Iran’s borders or interests would be met with a “crushing and irreparable” retaliation.
Bagheri also reflected on past military operations, particularly Operations True Promise I and II in 2024, highlighting Iran’s successful assessment and improvement of its capabilities. He assured that Iran’s defense systems, including air defense, missiles, drones, and cruise missiles, have significantly advanced since these operations.
Echoing Bagheri’s sentiments, Supreme Leader Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei warned on March 31 that any hostile action from the US or Israel would provoke a strong counterattack from Iran. He also emphasized that any attempts to incite internal unrest would be decisively met with a firm response, as demonstrated in previous years.
