ALWAGHT- Iran isn't withdrawing from negotiations but stands ready for every possibility, the spokesperson declared, denouncing the US's flip-flopping in the indirect nuclear discussions.
At a Tuesday press conference, Fatemeh Mohajerani reiterated Iran's preference for diplomatic solutions while maintaining its core positions. When questioned about potential failure in nuclear talks with the US, she responded, "Every scenario is conceivable. We are fully prepared, and the administration has absolute confidence in advancing its agenda. Iran will remain engaged in negotiations as long as its national interests are protected."
Mohajerani criticized Washington's inconsistent statements during the talks, noting that such contradictory positions complicate the negotiation process. "Nevertheless," she added, "Iran's diplomats are managing the discussions with expertise, ensuring the nation's interests remain secure."
Since April 12, Iran and the US have conducted five rounds of indirect negotiations in Oman, aiming to revive the nuclear deal and lift sanctions on Tehran. The talks, mediated by Omani officials, continue amid fluctuating diplomatic tensions.
