Yemen President Remains in Power under Ansarullah Pressure

alwaght - Lastly, between resignation and rescind his resignation , Mansur al-Hadi has chosen remaining in power and keeps on his career as president of Yemen in coming days, whereas Ansarullah forces have not left Sana'a yet as the main condition of Hadi.  Therefore, Hadi will back presidential palace without fulfilling his main condition to back to power.

A source close to Ansarullah told to Alwaght, Ansarullah has asked Hadi to carry on his career or leave Yemen, because they Ansarullah movement believe that it is very difficult to decide on the main issues of Yemen due to then crisis in this country.  On Monday, this source said that Hadi rescinded his resignation and will keep on as the president very soon.  It is noteworthy that Abdu Rabbuh Mansur Hadi's resignation Thursday came after Ansarullah forces took the control of presidential palace. Rescinding resignation shows that to what extent Ansarullah movement is politically capable in the scene of Yemen.

Manure al-Hadi and his supporters wanted to divide Yemen into six regions. This decision of the government caused widespread protest in Yemen.  Ansarullah movement harshly slammed this measure as the absolute betrayal to Yemen nation. Accordingly, they arrested Ahmad Bin Mubarak whose role in planning for dividing Yemen into six parts was significant.  President Abdu Rabbuh  Mansur Hadi's resignation came after Ahmad Bin Mubarak's arrest by Ansarullah.  He also forced the new government to resign and in a statement declared, "I cannot run the Yemen."  Al-Hadi has accused Abdul Malek Houthi of violating the agreement.  Saudi and we implicitly show their dissent of al-Hadi's resignation.  They believe that by doing so, al-Hadi paved the way for Ansarullah's taking power in Yemen.

Nine Zeydi tribes in Yemen under Ansarullah leadership are controlling Sana'a, the capital of Yemen and checking the city entrances right now.  Mansur al-Hadi had no option but rescinding his resignation.  Based on the agreement, the term of Hadi's presidency has been determined two years and it has been ended at the very beginning of 2014.  Therefore, Hadi should bring the approval from Ansarullah movement as the majority of Yemenis. Without Ansarullah's Approval, al-Hadi's presidency will be illegal.
