ALWAGHT- The Yemeni Armed Forces have launched another missile attack on the occupying Israeli regime in support of the courageous Palestinian resistance against oppressive forces.
Yemeni forces announced that they had launched a hypersonic Palestine 2 ballistic missile at Israel's Ben Gurion Airport, aiming to disrupt air traffic as long as Israel continues its military actions in Gaza. Following the attack, air raid sirens sounded across the occupied territories, and flight operations at the airport were temporarily halted, causing chaos. Israeli forces confirmed detecting the missile but claimed to have intercepted it.
In retaliation for recent US airstrikes on Yemen, the Yemeni Armed Forces also targeted the American aircraft carrier USS Harry Truman in the Red Sea with missiles and drones. They stated that the attack lasted for hours and was part of their commitment to confronting what they described as ongoing aggression. The Yemeni military reiterated its stance of escalating operations in response to US and Israeli actions while continuing to support Palestinians and disrupt Israeli maritime navigation.
The United States has intensified airstrikes in Yemen, including attacks on Hudaydah airport and multiple other locations, as part of its "continuous operations" against the country. A recent wave of US strikes reportedly killed 53 Yemenis, escalating tensions further. The US has also announced plans to deploy a second aircraft carrier, the USS Carl Vinson, to the region. Yemeni forces had initially paused their Red Sea operations after a ceasefire between Israel and Hamas but resumed them last week after Israel blocked humanitarian aid to Gaza and broke the truce.
