ALWAGHT- Brigadier General Amir Ali Hajizadeh, Commander of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps Aerospace Force, cautioned adversaries that even the smallest misstep will provoke a strong response from Tehran.
In a message on Sunday, General Hajizadeh expressed his appreciation for the congratulatory notes received from military and administrative officials following his receipt of the 'Medal of Fath (Conquest)' from Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei.
Highlighting the True Promise II operation conducted by the IRGC against Israeli military targets on October 1, the commander noted that the missile strike was initiated based on a collective decision by Iranian authorities.
He also stressed that the IRGC forces are unified with other branches of the Iranian armed forces, maintaining readiness and vigilance to deliver a strong response to any enemy missteps, warning that Iran’s reaction would lead adversaries to regret their actions.
On October 1, Iran retaliated against the Israeli assassination of Hamas political bureau chief Ismail Haniyeh, Hezbollah Secretary General Seyyed Hassan Nasrallah, and IRGC General Abbas Nilforoushan by launching around 200 ballistic missiles at the Israeli regime’s military and intelligence installations across the occupied Palestinian territories.
While the Israeli regime has threatened retaliation, Iranian officials have cautioned that Tehran's response to any Israeli action will be severe, proportional, and carefully calculated.
