ALWAGHT- The Israeli regime has taken responsibility for the assassination of Abbas Ahmad Hamoud, a senior commander in Hezbollah's air force, after an attack in southern Lebanon.
New reports indicate that Israel, following an attack in southern Lebanon, has claimed responsibility for the assassination of Abbas Ahmad Hamoud, a commander in Hezbollah's air force.
Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz confirmed the strike, though he did not reveal the individual's name, only stating that a Hezbollah air force commander had been targeted. Katz added, "We will never allow any drone to fly toward us."
Shortly before the announcement, Al-Mayadeen reported that an Israeli attack on a vehicle in the Jarjouaa area resulted in two fatalities and three injuries. The network also mentioned a significant explosion in Kfarkela, southern Lebanon, attributed to Israeli forces. As of now, Hezbollah has yet to comment on Israel's claim.
