At least 23 Palestinians were killed and 200 wounded on Tuesday when Israeli forces opened fire on displaced civilians seeking humanitarian aid west of Rafah in southern Gaza, according to Palestinian media. This follows a surge in violence near aid distribution centers, with Gaza’s Health Ministry reporting 75 deaths since Sunday—including 35 in a single day—and over 400 injuries since May 27.
