What Does Blackwater Do in Yemen?

Alwaght- Over the last nine months, Saudi Arabia has staged a small world war against Yemenis which has borne no fruit for Saudis. In this war, Saudi Arabia with the help of UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, Sudan, Blackwater mercenaries and Colombian militias has been fighting against the innocent Yemenis.

Recently, there has been some evidence concerning the presence of US and British forces in this war. Human Rights Watch said the Saudi-led coalition uses cluster bombs in Yemen. Human Rights Watch in its report shows the images confirming that in some parts of Yemen CBU-58 cluster bombs were used which were manufactured in 1978, in a munitions factory in Tennessee, United States.

United States of America as a close ally of Saudi Arabia supplies weapons for Saudis. The report says, the clustered bombs have targeted residential areas close to Sanaa, capital of Yemen and have destroyed many houses in this area. On the other hands, Sky News network in an exclusive report wrote, the UK military experts give military consultation to military forces of Saudi Arabia in their war against Yemen. Sky News added, meanwhile the UK has claimed in a memorandum of understanding that it is playing a monitoring role regarding the respect for international laws of war. Sky News Sources have discovered that, six British experts are working with Saudi military forces that determine and identify the targets of bombardment in Yemen. Nevertheless, UK Ministry of Defense has claimed that it is not directly involved in the war against Yemen, and it has training and monitoring role with regard to respect of conflicting parties to international laws of war. However, Human Rights Watch has published information according to which the Saudi-led coalition against Yemen has so far violated the international laws of war in 30 cases.

It is worth mentioning that despite the fact that different countries from three continents have gathered to fight against defenseless people of Yemen, but revolutionary forces of Yemen, who only rely on popular resistance have never given way to invaders. Meanwhile, several southern provinces of Saudi Arabia are facing serious security threats posed by Yemeni revolutionaries. In such circumstances that Saudi Arabia with the help of various countries have failed to defeat Yemen, seeks to escalate the tensions and rivalry with Iran. This suggests that the Saudis continuously seek refuge from one failure to another. Despite all their efforts, Saudis have failed to overthrow Bashar al-Assad in Syria, and now they are forced to negotiate for a political solution with President Bashar al-Assad in Syria. Saudi Arabia’s failure in Syria made Saudis put more pressure on Yemen, but again they were also faced with total failure. In current situation, Saudi Arabia is just resorting to another mistake to cover up its former failures. While Saudi Arabia is just making attempts to build up tensions in its relations with Iran, it is not powerful enough in its internal and external capabilities to stand against Iran.
