ALWAGHT- According to Foreign Ministry spokesman Esmaeil Baghaei, negotiation means neither bickering nor imposing one's will through deceit, blackmail, or force.
Writing on X on Wednesday, Iran's FM spokesman Esmaeil Baghaei argued that real negotiation, as defined by a 2011 ICJ ruling, demands a genuine, good-faith effort to settle disputes—not quarreling, imposing terms, trickery, blackmail, or force. Separately, he confirmed that Tehran is still examining Washington’s latest war-ending proposal and will give its answer through Pakistan.
