ALWAGHT- Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf, the Speaker of Iran's Parliament, has made a statement asserting that the United States' actions towards Iran are more brutal than its past wars in countries like Iraq and Syria. This strong condemnation underscores the growing tension between the two nations and calls for diplomatic efforts to address this conflict peacefully.
During a meeting with visiting Iraqi Foreign Minister Fuad Hussein, Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf asserted that the US terrorist war against Iran is more brutal than its past wars in neighboring countries like Iraq and Syria.
He praised the swift actions of Iranian security and intelligence forces in arresting ringleaders of recent foreign-backed riots, while also highlighting the importance of strong relations between Iran and Iraq in promoting cohesion among Islamic and Arab nations.
Ghalibaf criticized Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's efforts to prevent regional countries from being independent and strong, as well as Israel's attempts to sow discord and divisions among regional countries.
He emphasized that the US and Israeli actions in Syria and Iraq serve as evidence of this claim. Iraqi Foreign Minister Fuad Hussein, for his part, underscored the importance of Iran-Iraq relations in ensuring regional security and reaffirmed Iraq's commitment to strengthening ties with Iran in all areas.
