ALWAGHT- Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, Leader of the Islamic Revolution, cautioned the Zionist regime that it will face harsh consequences for the military strike on Friday that led to the martyrdom of several Iranian military commanders and scientists.
Ayatollah Khamenei condemned the Israeli strike on Tehran, which killed several Iranian military commanders and scientists, calling it a heinous crime that targeted residential areas and revealed the Zionist regime’s malicious nature. He warned that Israel should expect severe punishment for its actions, emphasizing that the Iranian Armed Forces will ensure the attackers do not go unpunished.
The Leader highlighted that despite the martyrdom of key commanders and scientists, their successors and colleagues will immediately continue their duties without delay. He described the Israeli regime’s actions as sealing a bitter and painful fate for itself, which it will inevitably face.
The Israeli airstrikes struck residential buildings in Tehran early Friday, resulting in civilian casualties. Among those killed were Major General Bagheri, Major General Hossein Salami, Major General Gholam Ali Rashid, Brigadier General Hajizadeh, and prominent nuclear scientists Mohammad Mahdi Tehranchi and Fereydoon Abbasi.
