ALWAGHT- Yemeni Ansarullah leader Seyyed Abdul-Malik al-Houthi condemned the latest US airstrikes on Yemen, calling them a 'brutal and unjust aggression' intended to 'support the Israeli enemy.'
Seyyed Abdul-Malik al-Houthi condemned the latest US airstrikes on Yemen, calling them an act of aggression aimed at supporting Israel. He warned that Washington's military campaign would fail and vowed to strengthen Yemen’s defense capabilities in response. Al-Houthi also announced an expansion of Yemen’s blockade, stating that US warships and naval assets would now be targeted alongside Israeli-linked vessels.
Reaffirming Yemen’s commitment to the Palestinian cause, he accused the US of trying to subjugate the region to Israeli interests while violating ceasefires when convenient. He called for mass protests across Yemen to oppose US-led aggression and demonstrate solidarity with Gaza. He also linked Yemen’s military actions directly to the blockade on Gaza, describing Israeli starvation tactics as genocide and urging the Muslim world to take a stand.
Meanwhile, Yemen’s Armed Forces reported over 47 US airstrikes across multiple provinces, resulting in casualties. In retaliation, they launched a major attack on the USS Harry S. Truman and its warships using ballistic missiles, cruise missiles, and drones. As US-UK airstrikes on Yemen continue, tensions in the region are escalating, with both sides refusing to back down.
