ALWAGHT- Iran's and Venezuela's communication ministers discussed areas of cooperation in communication networks and efforts to combat the spread of misinformation globally.
During his meeting with Venezuela’s Communications Minister, Freddy Nanez, Iranian Communications Minister Sattar Pour-Hashemi expressed his appreciation for the warm hospitality and voiced satisfaction with the discussion. He highlighted the actions of the Zionist regime in Gaza and Lebanon, stating, “It is our duty to reveal the true nature of this regime’s crimes to the world.”
Pour-Hashemi, speaking on behalf of himself and the Islamic Republic, thanked the Venezuelan government and people for their stance in condemning these actions. He also referenced Supreme Leader Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei’s emphasis on countering cultural invasion and underscored the importance of collaboration among independent nations.
