Russian expert: Israeli crimes are an example of genocide

The head of the Public Security and General Diplomacy Commission of the Council on Nationalities, operating under the Moscow government, referred to the martyrdom of more than 24,000 Palestinians in Israeli regime bombardments, stating: Tel Aviv's actions in the ruthless massacre of people in Gaza is an example of genocide.

Alexander Berdnikov, during the practical scientific conference "International Terrorism at the State Level: Approaches to Combating and Joint Cooperation of Russia, Iran, and Arab Countries in Resolving Middle East Issues," held in Moscow to commemorate the martyrdom of Commander Soleimani, on Tuesday evening, expressed, "Over the past 100 days, two million individuals in the Gaza Strip have endured harsh conditions of bombardment without access to health and food facilities, representing instances of fascism and genocide."

The Russian law scholar underscored that presently, the United States and its allies in specific global regions act as agents of international terrorism, forming a chain of influence. The Russian commentator pointed out that the current geopolitical and military landscape mirrors the conditions that preceded World War II, and there are opinions among analysts and political experts indicating an approaching threshold of a potential third world war.

He went on to say that the events unfolding in the Middle East, the Pacific Ocean, and Africa clearly indicate that global issues cannot be easily resolved through peaceful methods. Berdnikov pointed out that despite the hard-won military victory against fascism, Nazism, and nationalism in World War II, the emergence of numerous political regimes over the past three decades with a tendency for violence, most of which resemble the Zionist regime in the American camp, is concerning.

He expressed that these governments utilize terrorist tactics to achieve their political goals, and presently, terrorism has reached a level where it operates at the state level. In this regard, instances of state-sponsored terrorism by the United States, NATO member countries, and the European Union can be cited. The Russian commentator viewed the establishment of alliances and organizations like the BRICS group and the Shanghai Cooperation Organization as frameworks for nations earnestly combating terrorism. He underscored the importance of enhancing cooperation in this arena.

During this conference, representatives from the Islamic Republic of Iran, Palestine, and Syria in Moscow, accompanied by various intellectuals and commentators, expressed their concerns about U.S. policies, particularly its backing of the Zionist regime in the tragic events in Gaza. Concurrently, an exhibition was organized alongside the conference, illustrating instances of U.S. state-sponsored terrorism in the Middle East. The exhibition specifically underscored the contributions of Martyr Commander Haj Qasem Soleimani in the battle against terrorism.
