Al-Quds Intifada Triggered to Eject Israeli Regime: Hamas Official
Alwaght- A senior official of the Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement, Hamas, has said that al-Quds (Jerusalem) Intifada or uprising was triggered to eject the Israeli regime.

Member of Hamas’s political bureau Dr. Mousa Abu Marzouk in comments on Facebook pointed out that the ongoing Palestinian uprising will end the internal division leading to true partnership.

The al-Quds Intifada was triggered to end the temporal and spatial division of al-Aqsa Mosque, the Israeli settlement construction, the Judaization schemes, and Israeli regime's brutal attacks on Palestinians, he continued.

“The Intifada came to protect our holy sites, to cleanse our land, to regain our freedom and dignity, and to return to our homes.”

However, he remarked, “The Intifada will only achieve its aims when national unity and partnership is gained.”

The violent clashes, that have flared up since the outbreak of the al-Quds Intifada on October 1st, brought the death toll of Palestinians to at least 30, including seven children, 19 in the West Bank and 11 in the besieged Gaza Strip.
