Alwaght- Iran's Defense Minister Amir Hatami emphasized that the country's Armed Forces are capable of defending the security of regional countries.
"Our Armed Forces enjoy a strategic defense capability and today, we are able to materialize the deterrence power by relying on our specialist, committed and religious youth and defend our national interests and security wherever a danger threatens us," Brigadier General Hatami said, addressing a ceremony in Tehran on Sunday.
"Our country's young people and Armed Forces can defend the security of the region. Regional security is interwoven and therefore, all of its units should be secure so that everyone enjoys stability and security and today, we are honored to be after regional stability and security," he added.
General Hatami also said that Iranian experts are capable of producing different military equipment to supply the Armed Forces with them.
He added that Islamic Republic is determined to boost its deterrent power, stressing that the Iranian nation, particularly the Armed Forces, are not fearful of any enemy.
The Iranian nation is standing bravely and strongly against enemies who have so far failed to achieve any of their demands, Hatami said.
