ALWAGHT- Hezbollah's deputy secretary general warned that Israel's occupation of Palestinian land threatens not only Palestine but the entire region and beyond.
Sheikh Naim Qassem, Hezbollah's deputy secretary general, referred to Israel as a usurping and occupying force, calling it a significant threat to the region and the world. In a televised speech, he claimed that Israel’s ambitions extend beyond Palestine, aiming to dominate Arab and Muslim states. Qassem stressed the importance of resisting Israeli aggression, accusing Israel and the US of deliberately committing genocidal acts in pursuit of a "new Middle East."
He reaffirmed Hezbollah’s commitment to fighting Israel, stating that the resistance would not be defeated and warning that continued aggression would lead to more uninhabitable settlements. Qassem praised Hezbollah’s recent military efforts and highlighted Iran's support for the Palestinian cause, describing it as a source of pride. He also warned that if Israel persists in its attacks, Hezbollah will continue its confrontation.
