ALWAGHT- As a direct response to Israeli assaults, Iran has unleashed a wave of missiles on the occupied Palestinian lands, driving illegal settlers into underground shelters.
Iran launched a large-scale retaliatory operation named “True Promise III” shortly after Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei condemned the Israeli regime in a televised speech. The operation, carried out by the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC), targeted dozens of Israeli military centers and airbases. Framed as a response to recent Israeli aggression, the missile strikes were described by Iran as “crushing and precise,” carried out under the code name “Ya Ali ibn Abi Talib” and symbolically timed with Eid al-Ghadir.
Reports indicate that Iranian missiles penetrated Israeli air defenses and struck several key locations, including military installations and the regime’s military affairs ministry. Air raid sirens were triggered across multiple Israeli cities, including Haifa, Tel Aviv, and Al-Quds. Iranian media claimed significant casualties among Israeli forces. In a notable escalation, Iran’s air defense reportedly downed two Israeli F-35 fighter jets and several drones, with the fate of the pilots unknown.
The attack followed the assassinations of top Iranian commanders and nuclear scientists, including Major General Mohammad Bagheri and Brigadier General Amir Ali Hajizadeh, allegedly by Israel. Ayatollah Khamenei called the assassinations a “grave error” and vowed a decisive response. He emphasized national unity and support for the armed forces, declaring that Iran would not tolerate such aggression or the bloodshed of its martyrs.
