ALWAGHT- According to Defense Minister Brigadier General Aziz Nasirzadeh, Iran conducted a successful missile test last week with a two-tonne warhead.
Iran’s Defense Minister, Brigadier General Aziz Nasirzadeh, praised recent advancements in the country’s defense capabilities, emphasizing that Iran’s armed forces are well-equipped and prepared to dominate any conflict. He warned the United States that any aggressive action against Tehran would lead to significant losses for American forces.
The warning comes amid ongoing tensions and stalled negotiations between Iran and the US over Tehran’s nuclear program and sanctions relief. While Iran plans to present a counterproposal to the US nuclear deal, President Trump indicated that talks would continue. Meanwhile, the top US general in West Asia confirmed that military options remain on the table if diplomatic efforts fail.
Despite diplomatic efforts mediated by Oman, with five rounds of talks held since April and another scheduled for June 15, Nasirzadeh reiterated that Iran’s defensive strength is non-negotiable. He declared that if conflict is forced upon Iran, the country will respond decisively, inflicting heavy casualties and compelling the US to withdraw from the region.
