Israel, the Main Impediment of NPT Universality: Zarif

Alwaght- On Sunday afternoon, in a NPT conference in New York, Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif, speaking among the reporters, rebuked Israeli regime as the main impediment of NPT University.

Iran’s FM Zarif has considered Israeli regime as the single most violator of the Non-Proliferation Treaty.

On the sidelines of the conference, a possible meet-up with the 5+1 representatives will be held up to resolve the toughest issues on Iran Nuke program.

Meanwhile, on drafting the final nuclear deal on the sidelines of the NPT conference, Zarif may meet US Secretary of State, John Kerry.

In the context that the there is deep skepticism toward US among Iranian officials, the former Iran negotiator, Saeed Jalili believed that better ties with US is impossible.

The 2015 Review Conference of the Parties to the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons (NPT) will be held from 27 April to 22 May 2015 at UN Headquarters in New York.
