ALWAGHT- President Masoud Pezeshkian has called on Muslim countries to deepen their unity and cooperation to promote lasting regional stability and security, while urging stronger ties across various sectors.
During a meeting with Faiq Zaidan, President of Iraq’s Supreme Judicial Council, and his accompanying delegation in Tehran on Tuesday, Pezeshkian emphasized the importance of solidarity among Muslim countries.
He described closer cooperation between Islamic nations as a pressing necessity for enhancing regional security, arguing that stronger trade ties and broader cooperation across various sectors would contribute to greater unity among Muslim and neighboring states.
