Iran Vows to Target US Bases in Europe if Nations Join Hostilities

ALWAGHT- Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Esmail Baghaei warns that US bases in European countries could be targeted if those nations participate in aggression against Iran.

Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Esmail Baghaei warned that US bases in European countries could be targeted if those nations allow their territory to be used for aggression against Iran. He said Iran reserves the right to strike the source of any attack and will not accept the aggressor dictating the terms for ending the conflict.

Baghaei said Iran did not start the war and had exhausted diplomatic efforts to prevent it. He accused the US of violating agreements and said Iran’s military strength and national unity had helped thwart what he described as enemy plans.

He also described the US naval blockade of Iran as an act of aggression, warning that any further escalation would have consequences. Baghaei said Washington was using economic pressure and other measures to punish Iran for defending its sovereignty and independence.

On regional relations, Baghaei said ties between Iran and Pakistan are at one of their strongest stages, with both sides seeking to expand cooperation. He added that talks with Oman would focus on bilateral issues and the security of the Strait of Hormuz and transit routes.
