Qassam Commander’s Martyrdom Proves Resistance Remains Alive

ALWAGHT- According to the IRGC Quds Force chief, the martyrdom of Qassam Brigades commander Ezzeddin al-Haddad proves the resistance remains vibrant in heroic Gaza. He pledged that this sacrifice will inspire young Palestinian fighters until Al-Quds is liberated.

Brigadier General Esmail Qaani, commander of the IRGC’s Quds Force, posted a message on social media addressing the assassinated commander Ezzeddin al-Haddad, using his nom de guerre “Abu Suhaib.” Qaani congratulated him on his martyrdom and condemned the “treacherous assassination” by what he called “cowardly Zionists.”

According to Qaani, al-Haddad’s killing demonstrates that the resistance remains alive, especially in the heart of heroic Gaza. He vowed that the commander’s pure blood will continue to inspire young Palestinian fighters until the liberation of Al-Quds and the destruction of the occupying regime.

Al-Haddad was a senior field commander of the Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Brigades, Hamas’s military wing, and was recently killed in an Israeli strike in Gaza, though official details of the assassination have not been released. The summary notes that Israel has continued its military campaign in Gaza since October 2023, killing tens of thousands of Palestinians, while the al-Qassam Brigades remain at the forefront of armed resistance against the occupation.
