The president emphasized Iran's principled approach of domestic unity and constructive engagement with Islamic countries, and expressed appreciation for the support shown by Islamic nations to the Iranian people in recent developments.
He reviewed regional and international developments, outlined Iran's domestic and regional policies, and stressed the importance of preserving national cohesion and promoting friendly relations with Muslim nations based on Islamic brotherhood.
President Pezeshkian stated that Iran supports dialogue within international legal frameworks, provided that national rights and dignity are respected, and reaffirmed Iran's readiness to support any process leading to peace, de-escalation, and conflict prevention. Saudi Arabia expressed its commitment to regional stability, security, and development, emphasized the importance of solidarity among Islamic countries, and rejected any form of aggression or escalation against Iran. The Saudi official also expressed a willingness to cooperate with Iran and other regional states to establish lasting peace and security in the region.
