ALWAGHT- Esmaeil Baghaei, spokesperson for Iran's Foreign Ministry, explains government's obligation to investigate US actions against Iranians.
Iranian Foreign Ministry is actively pursuing actions taken by the United States against Iranian citizens, with the intention of holding the US accountable through various international bodies.
The spokesperson emphasized that any actions contrary to accepted principles of international law carry international responsibility and must be addressed appropriately.
The Iranian government has documented several instances of criminal actions by the US against Iranians over the past few decades, including the downing of an Iranian passenger plane and the assassination of former IRGC Quds Force Commander Martyr Lt. General Qassem Soleimani.
These actions are considered crimes, and the Iranian government is duty-bound to pursue them. Part of this task falls on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the judiciary will also play a role in this pursuit.
