He emphasized that any attempts to change a country's political system are unacceptable and illegal, and that only the people of a country have the right to decide their ruling system.
Kartapolov also reaffirmed Russia's support for Iran's right to develop nuclear energy for peaceful purposes and overall development of the Iranian society. Additionally, he stated that Russia is on the side of the Iranian people who were attacked by Israel and then by the United States in a war of aggression.
