ALWAGHT- A Lebanese lawmaker said Hezbollah has fully restored its strength and now stands at the height of its power, emphasizing that the group is ready to face any threat or act of aggression from Israel.
Lebanese MP Hassan Ezzedine declared that Hezbollah has regained its full strength and remains unshakable in the face of Israeli aggression. Speaking on behalf of the Loyalty to the Resistance Bloc, he asserted that the group’s mission is to defend Lebanon’s sovereignty, dignity, and national honor, emphasizing that Israeli forces will inevitably be forced to withdraw from occupied southern territories.
Ezzedine condemned Israel’s recent airstrikes in southern Lebanon, describing them as acts of psychological warfare and economic terrorism aimed at intimidating civilians and weakening morale. He stressed that such attacks would not break Hezbollah’s resolve or the will of the Lebanese people to resist occupation.
Commenting on potential negotiations with Israel, the lawmaker warned that any talks seeking normalization or peace with the “Zionist enemy” are unacceptable and widely rejected by the Lebanese public. His remarks come as tensions persist despite a ceasefire agreed upon in late November 2024, which Israel has repeatedly violated through ongoing airstrikes and the continued occupation of several Lebanese border areas.
