ALWAGHT- The Yemeni Armed Forces announced that their aerospace units carried out two operations targeting strategic locations in the Israeli-occupied territories in response to the Tel Aviv regime’s ongoing attacks in Gaza and aggression against Yemen.
Brigadier General Yahya Saree announced that Yemeni forces launched a multi-warhead Palestine-2 hypersonic missile targeting key sites in Tel Aviv and struck two critical locations at the Port of Eilat using domestically-made combat drones. He stated that both operations successfully met their goals. Saree called on Arab and Muslim nations to confront the Zionist enemy and support the Palestinian people and their resistance fighters.
Saree emphasized that the Yemeni Armed Forces remain committed to their religious, moral, and humanitarian duty to back the Palestinians in Gaza until the Israeli aggression ceases and the blockade on Gaza is lifted. The Yemeni forces also imposed a strategic maritime blockade aimed at obstructing military supplies to Israeli-occupied areas, pressing the international community to respond to Gaza’s worsening humanitarian crisis.
Since the war began in October 2023, Yemeni forces have repeatedly targeted Israeli-occupied territories with missile and drone strikes to show solidarity with Gaza. They vow to continue their actions until Israel ends its ground and air attacks. The Gaza Health Ministry reports over 66,000 Palestinians, predominantly women and children, have been killed in the besieged territory during this period.
