ALWAGHT- Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, Leader of the Islamic Revolution, urged world nations—particularly Muslim countries—to cut all political and trade ties with Israel in response to its "catastrophic crimes" in Gaza.
Ayatollah Khamenei, in a meeting with President Masoud Pezeshkian and his cabinet in Tehran, condemned Israel for committing crimes in Gaza with US backing. He stressed that Muslim nations, along with other countries, must sever all trade and political ties with Israel to isolate it internationally. He described Israel as the “most hated” regime in the world and called for stronger diplomatic efforts to push nations toward cutting relations with it.
The Leader also emphasized Iran’s responsibility to strengthen its national power and dignity. He highlighted unity, motivation, and hope as the core elements of national strength, urging both officials and the public to nurture and protect these values in action and speech. Preventing the erosion of these vital components, he said, is crucial for the country’s resilience.
Additionally, Ayatollah Khamenei called on the administration to prioritize improving the economy and people’s living conditions. He underlined the importance of promoting a culture of hard work, effort, and optimism, insisting that this spirit should replace the stagnation of a “neither war nor peace” state.
