ALWAGHT- Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian congratulates the people of Gaza on their victory against the Israeli regime's brutal 15-month-long genocidal war.
Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian praised the people of Gaza and Palestine for their resilience and strength in standing up to Israel, hailing their victory as a significant achievement. He emphasized that their steadfast resistance demonstrated to other nations how to confront terrorism, particularly in the context of the recent ceasefire deal between Hamas and Israel. The agreement followed relentless and successful operations by Gaza's resistance groups, compelling the Israeli regime to surrender. Pezeshkian condemned the massacres in Gaza, where nearly 47,000 Palestinians, predominantly women and children, lost their lives, labeling these acts as terrorism.
The president criticized Israel and its supporters for accusing Iran of backing terrorism, pointing out the hypocrisy given their actions in Gaza. He also highlighted Iran’s history as a victim of terrorism, recounting the assassination of numerous Iranian officials and elites since the Islamic Revolution. He offered condolences for the recent martyrdom of two Supreme Court judges, describing their deaths as further evidence of the Islamic Republic’s status as a target of terrorism.
Pezeshkian asserted that Iran’s enemies could not undermine the nation if its people and leaders stood united. He urged authorities to adopt an inclusive approach toward the nation and fulfill their commitments, emphasizing that with the people's support, no external power could weaken the Islamic Republic.
