ALWAGHT- The Israeli newspaper Haaretz reports that the Tel Aviv regime has initiated a gradual process to annex portions of the West Bank into the occupied Palestinian territories.
In a report on Sunday, Haaretz revealed that the Israeli regime had demolished Palestinian homes in an area of the West Bank.
The report highlighted that Israeli authorities had established new settlement centers in the region.
According to Haaretz, the annexation process began under pressure from settlers and following the approval of the plan by Benjamin Netanyahu's security and political cabinet.
This development comes shortly after Israeli Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich instructed preparations for the annexation of settlements in the West Bank. Smotrich stated that he had directed his department to “prepare the necessary infrastructure for applying sovereignty.”
