Rafah has become a city without any hospitals or medical centers

Rafah has become a city without any hospitals or medical centers

ALWAGHT- The city of Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip, which has been subjected to continuous attacks by the Zionist regime, has seen its hospitals shut down, leaving it without any medical facilities to treat the injured and sick.

Several medical centers in Rafah have been operational since the beginning of the Zionist regime's genocidal war against Gaza. However, due to the blockade and military threats from the Zionist regime, these centers have ceased operations in recent days, with the last one shutting down just yesterday.

The American Hospital in Rafah ceased operations yesterday after the area was declared dangerous due to attacks by the Zionist regime. Occupation forces have also issued warnings against any entry to or exit from the building.

The Abu Yousef al-Najjar Hospital, the Kuwaiti Hospital, the Emirati Field Hospital, and other hospitals have also ceased operations.

All hospitals across Gaza have ceased operations, except for the Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigade Hospital, which remains active in Deir al-Balah in central Gaza, and Nasser Hospital, which has resumed its activities.

The operational hospitals are also severely limited in their services due to shortages of staff and medical equipment.
