Ansarullah: The naval coalition has perished before its inception

Alwaght- According to a Russian report, Ansarullah forces and Yemeni army have recently successfully tested a hypersonic missile.

According to Russia's RIA, Ansarullah has tested a highly lethal hypersonic missile and is preparing to introduce such missiles into its military arsenal.

“The group’s missile forces have successfully tested a missile capable of reaching speeds of up to Mach 8 (6138.15 miles per hour) and which runs on solid fuel. Yemen intends to begin manufacturing it in Krasnoye (Russia) for use during attacks in the Arabian Sea and the Gulf of Aden, as well as against targets in Israel,” a source told the Russian news site.

The source added that Ansarullah also upgraded its missiles and drones, modifying explosive warheads to double their destructive power, after tests that lasted three months.

In recent weeks, Ansarullah talked about surprises upcoming to the Israeli regime and its Western allies for their genocidal war against Gaza.

The hypersonic missiles could be a game-changing factor if used by Ansarullah in implementation of its Red Sea ban on the Israeli regime in solidarity with Gaza.

If the movement's 's new missile could indeed reach speeds of Mach 8, as the report states, a missile fired from Yemen could reach Israel in approximately 10 minutes.

In addition to the time of reaching, another trouble for Tel Aviv is the ability to intercept such missiles which is hard to do.

Ansarullah has been advancing its drones and missiles over the past 9 years of Western-backed Saudi war on Yemen. In more than one occasion, the movement unveiled various weapons that are now being used to implement anti-Israeli Red Sea blockade.

The missiles and drones have so far been effective, bringing to the Red Sea a coalition of naval Western forces in defense of Israeli interests.

The US in December announced a naval coalition to protect Israeli and Western ships. It began its first strikes on Yemeni on February 4 to degrade Ansarullah’s capability to attack. However, the coalition has turned out to be a failure as the movement has effectively disrupted Israeli navigation.

The movement last month added American and British ships to its bank of targets for Washington and London hostilities against Yemen. It has so far sunken a British ship and damaged others in various attacks that remain unchecked by the Western coalition. This means that the hypersonic missiles will totally change the face of confrontation.
