Yemeni Forces Recaptured Strategic Mountain in Ta'izz, Killed Several Aggressors
Alwaght-The Yemeni army along with Ansarullah forces has managed to retake a strategic mountain in the southwestern province of Ta’izz .
According to Yemen-based al-Masirah TV network, the Yemeni armed forces has captured Mount Jubah in the al-Mesrakh district of Ta’izz, killing a number of Saudi-led coalition's forces
Several Saudi-backed forces were also killed or captured during a raid on, Yemeni TV network reported on Wednesday,
In another development in a retaliatory operation, the Yemeni army fired a Qaher 1 ballistic missile at the al-Faisal military base in Saudi Arabia’s southwestern city of Khamis Mushait .
Separately, several militiamen loyal to fugitive former Yemeni president, Abd Rabbuh Mansur Hadi, were killed after Yemeni troops fired a missile at the Dhubab district of Tai’zz .
Meanwhile, Saudi bomber aircraft pounded Yemen’s northern province of Saada, killing five civilians and wounding six others .
Saudi Arabia began a deadly military aggression against Yemen – without a UN mandate – on March 26 to stop advances of the Ansarullah movement which is backed by the country’s army and Popular Committees. The Saudi regime intends to restore fugitive former Yemeni president Abd Rabbuh Mansur Hadi to power.
Over 7,600 have been killed during the Saudi-led airstrikes which began late March with over 16,000 injured. Most of the casualties are civilians especially women, children and the elderly.
The illegal war has inflicted damages on hundreds of important installations in the civilian infrastructure including hospitals, schools, mosques, residential quarters, water reservoirs etc.
